Next Generation Sports

Six57 Next  Gen Sports Performance is dedicated to helping ages 12- adult athletes become stronger, faster, and more efficient through individualized  strength and mobility performance training.

We  focus on proper movement, strength, mobility, and joint function to  help athletes perform at their best while reducing movement  compensations that may contribute to injury over time.

We  also address muscle tightness and soft-tissue restrictions through  massage therapy and other soft-tissue techniques. By improving muscle  and joint function, we help athletes move better and perform more  efficiently.

Every  athlete is different, so our programs are customized to meet each  athlete’s individual needs, goals, and stage of development. Our goal is to help young athletes perform better today while building a strong  foundation for long-term athletic development.
